Manhole cover with bayonet fitting
For the company Instaan Installaties from Arnhem, we printed this solution.
The problem they presented was a manhole cover that could be opened and closed with tools. They wanted to be able to do this without tools, but by means of two holes through which they could insert their fingers.
The solution we devised and printed for this is a base ring and lid with a bayonet fitting.

Drukknop versnellingspook camper
De drukknop van de versnellingspook van een camper was kapot gegaan.
De eigenaar kon deze niet los kopen en is naar ons toe gekomen om het onderdeel te laten 3D printen.
Na metingen te hebben gedaan op het originele kapotte onderdeel hebben wij deze kunnen 3D printen en paste deze perfect!
Sluiting kussenbox
De sluitingvan de kussenbox was kapot gegaan.
De eigenaar kon deze niet los kopen en is naar ons toe gekomen om het onderdeel te laten 3D printen.
Na metingen te hebben gedaan op het originele kapotte onderdeel hebben wij deze kunnen 3D printen.
Na 1 prototype te hebben geprint (in het groen PLA) hebben wij de eindversie kunnen maken in PET-G en paste deze perfect!
Graveren
Printing hearts and engraving boards
The owner of ByFaith approached us with a unique request: 3D printing small hearts. These hearts were originally intended to be made of wood or metal, but 3D printing offered a more affordable alternative with the same result.
While fulfilling this order, we were also asked to engrave wooden plaques for her. These plaques serve as a tribute and memory of a loved one, in a beautiful and personal way. We are delighted to have contributed to this project, and it reminds us how 3D printing can help create meaningful and unique memories.
